Hardware retail
Hand tools, power tools, fasteners, plumbing fittings, electrical bits, and the broad-stock items chain stores have stopped keeping. Walk-in for tradespeople and DIY customers — we know the catalogue and can usually find what you need without the website hunt.
Tool sharpening
Drop off chisels, planes, secateurs, kitchen knives, and garden shears. Most jobs come back the next working day — same-day if the batch is small and the queue is short. Trade rates for regulars; one-offs welcome too.
Paint mixing
Custom-mixed paint colours for interior touch-ups, accent walls, small jobs, and trade orders. Bring a sample chip or a brand code; we match to standard ranges and mix small quantities the chains won't bother with.

Our Story
Lim's Hardware
Lim's Hardware has been on the same Ang Mo Kio shophouse for three generations. We stock hand tools, fasteners, plumbing and electrical bits, and the unusual sizes the chains stopped carrying — the M-class bolts, the obsolete pipe fittings, the small-volume paint shades. Most customers are tradespeople running site jobs and HDB homeowners doing their own renovation work. We sharpen tools on-site, mix paint to spec, and answer the questions nobody else has time for: what gauge, what thread, what sealant for which joint. Walk in, ask, and leave with the right thing the first time.

Walk in Mon–Sat 8:30am–7pm or Sun 9am–2pm. We're on the Ang Mo Kio shophouse strip — best to come down in person for sharpening drop-offs and paint mixing so we can match the colour against your sample.
